The Lam Son Greyhound Racetrack in the southern beach town Vung Tau, the largest in Southeast Asia, will shut down when its latest license expires on March 10.

Racing SHOULD NOT be happening if so this should be reported to the authorities.

Thank YOU to all that HELPED & SPOKE UP for the Greyhounds Dogs Cats in Vietnam. 

The Protest was another great success as it raised the necessary awareness to help STOP the SUFFERING of Greyhounds Dogs Cats in Vietnam. 

We  handed out leaflets petitions and Protested outside the Vietnamese Embassy in the torrential rain but the weather did NOT stop our determination and in fact it help us as loads of cars stopped to support the  Greyhounds and the public engaged and wanted to help STOP the Barbaric treatment of the poor Greyhounds Dogs Cats in Vietnam and to stop the Greyhound racing licence being renewed.

The Horrific Dog and Cat Meat Trade in Vietnam

The Greyhounds in Vietnam are also suffering horrific cruelty from cradle to the grave. Since greyhound racing began 25 yrs ago no greyhounds have been re homed. This greyhound massacre
continues today.

Greyhound puppies, the Greyhounds that fail the grade, or sustain injuries or are no longer fast enough or surplus to requirements are being killed every month at the race tracks this is widely known as the ‘ KILLING DAY ‘. where these poor greyhounds are injected with painful poison into their hearts to DIE A SLOW AND PAINFUL DEATH.


Additionally Greyhound are also being sold to the dog and cat meat trade where they are being torched and skinned alive along side other suffering dogs.

These barbarities have to STOP there is no place for animal cruelty in the 21st century .

Greyhound Racing in Vietnam

Nguyen Ngoc My has been responsible for the torture and massacre of greyhounds since the late 1990’s. He introduced Greyhound Racing a breeding facility Ba Ria in Vietnam in Vung Tau.

    With the help of Phil Bell his wife and John Newell. Newall was also responsible for the over breeding of Greyhounds in China.

    Nguyen Ngoc My was granted a 30 year license in 1999 to development Greyhound Racing and Breeding and also is the Chairman of The Vabis a construction company thatIs part of. Barbaric Greyhound Racing industry It has been Operating in Vietnam since 1992, the Vabis group which in now these companies have all been funded by the murdering of thousands of Greyhounds .

    Nguyen Ngoc My is responsible for building a second track at Xuan Thanh beach, Ha TInh , located in Hoa Tien .

    They have been racing Greyhounds/Dogs there since 2017 .Nguyen Ngoc My has the blood of thousand and thousand of greyhounds on his hands, this second Greyhound/Dog track is going to add to further painful and tortuous deaths of more Greyhounds and other animals. Nguyen Ngoc My is using the guise of the casino/hotel resort to deflect from the horrific suffering and murder of the Greyhounds at his hands.

    The 25 years license Nguyen Ngoc My was originally given is due to be reviewed in 2024. This license should NOT be renewed. He also is responsible for the 30 yrs Greyhound licence in Cambodia

    Nguyen Ngoc My is now proposing a state model for the betting industry to the Vietnamese Government . If this happens it he and the government will be responsible for countless amount of Greyhound, Dogs and Horses death , they will have their blood on their hands .

    Nguyen Ngoc My exported 800 greyhounds back in 2000 (21 years ago). Each greyhound can produce up to 10-12 pups . This would mean that there are thousand and thousand of Greyhounds that have been murdered for the last 21 years . Nguyen Ngoc My and his associates have the blood of thousands and thousand of Greyhounds on their hands.

Greyhounds that are surplus to requirements are being injected directly into their hearts with a painful poison ECOTRAZ leading to a slow and torturous death . 

There has also been reports in the media that many other greyhounds that have also been sold off to make further monies  from them fto the barbaric 800 Live Animal Markets/Dog and Cat meat Trade (in Vietnam) for Human consumption.

Dr Newell a well known track vet had chief involvement with this barbaric setup of greyhound racing in Vietnam, a country that has been EXPOSED for MASS KILLING OF GREYHOUNDS by use of lethal poison, ECOTRAZ, causing greyhounds to slowly die in horrific pain.

The Vietnamese Government and Ministry Of Tourism are using Greyhound Racing as a ploy to bring tourist to Vietnam . Animal Cruelty will not be tolerated and is not TOURISM.
